【摘要】 旅游业能为杨凌示范区带来良好的社会、经济和环境效益。杨凌示范区具有样板示范的本质特征,旅游资源特色明显,地理区位优越,发展旅游业具有得天独厚的优势,省部共建的管理体制及已经形成的形象与宣传优势又为其发展旅游业创造了良好的物质基础。杨凌示范区应该建成集农业观光、科技交流与科普教育、休闲度假、会议会展等多种功能为一体的田园生态型农业科技文化名城。为达到这一目标,要实行政府主导战略,尽快制订杨凌旅游业总体规划,开发新的景点、景区和特色旅游商品;要加大营销力度,实施品牌战略,加强区域协作与联合;实施人力资源管理创新,培养旅游人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural tourism can produce great social, economic and environmental benefits to Yangling Agricultural Hitech Industries Demonstration Zone. Yangling enjoys a variety of unique advantages to develop tourism with a characteristic of farming culture and modern agricultural high technologies. Close attention should be paid to the tourism industry of Yangling and the government should play a dominating role and work out the collective layout of tourism industry as soon as possible. New attractions should be built and Yangling tour brand developed. More regional coordination with Xi’an, Xianyang and Baoji will strengthen Yangling’s competition ability in the market. New human resource programs should be implemented so that tourism growth could be ensured by high quality staff.更多还原
