【Abstract】 Establishing Scitech innovation system in institutions of higher education is a strategic choice to face the challenge brought about by knowledge economy and an indispensible part for the construction of national Scitech innovation system, and the essential requirement for the development of firstclass universities.The contents include knowledge innovation, Scitech innovation,Scitech popularization and achievement transformation.
