【摘要】 在总结《西北农林科技大学学报 (社会科学版 )》2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 2年“三农问题研究”栏目发表论文情况的基础上 ,探讨了“三农”问题各研究领域目前存在的问题 ,对今后的发展提出了一些看法 :如“三农”问题的的落脚点仍然是农民问题、农业国际化问题 ,农业问题的根本出路在于“工业化”问题 ,“三农”问题的政策和宏观调控研究及加强调查分析和采用新方法研究等 ,为“三农”问题研究栏目办出特色提供必要的信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 After surveying the papers on the problems related to agriculture farmers and countryside published an the university sournal (social science),the author explored the existing problems in the a bove three aspects and put forward some suggstings.The focal point for these lies on farmers and on agricultural globalization the solution for agriculture is to realize industrialization prefteatial policies ,macro management quantitative analysis and novel study approaches are assential to fundamentally solve the problems in these fields.
