【摘要】 法学是一门应用性极强的学科,随着市场经济的发展,特别是加入WTO后,中国加快了法制建设的步伐,法律已渗透到社会生活的各个领域。法律职业的范围更加广阔,培养复合型人才已经成为高等法律教育的主要方向。从中国法律教育现状出发,分析了目前作为“复合型”法律人才培养模式的法律硕士教育的缺憾,提出应将“双学位”教育作为“复合型”法律人才培养的主要模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Law is a subject that has strong character ot application. With the development of market economy, especially after the entry to WTO, China has quickered its pace of law construction, and law has penetrated into every field in social life, which makes legal profession wider than before. To train versatile talented personnel has been the main direction in higher legal education. According to present state of legal education, the thesis analyzes the defects of Juris master regarded as the training style of versatile personnel at present, and puts forward that’ education of double bachelor degree’ should be regarded as the main training style of versatile law personnel.更多还原
