【Abstract】 Mining city is a special religion in the economic development process. But, "only use"character of mining resources will make mining city loss the advantages of mining resources. From the changing process of all the mining cities in the world, not only the change of internal environment of mining city but also the change of external environment of mining city put forward many challenges.
