【Abstract】 Since China implemented its policies of reform and opening to the outside word,the foreign trade of Liaoning Province has considerably improved its status in the world.However,what are really supporting the growth of Liaoning’s export are labor-intense industries.High-tech and value-added products take up only a very small proportion. With the prevailing trend of globalization,and China entry of WTO,Liaoning is facing severe challenges in the development of its economy and particularly its foreign trade.Therefore,the thesis illustrates the countermeasures which strengthen Liaoning’s foreign trade competitiveness are given.For example,export industry upgrading,technological innovation,marketing management.更多还原
