银行客户关系管理评价体系
CRM appraising system in bank
【摘要】 银行客户关系管理评价体系运用统计学知识,从客户贡献度、潜力、稳定性、信用等四个方面对客户进行了评价,客户贡献度指标是客户细分的重要依据,客户潜力指标是挖掘潜力客户的重要依据,客户稳定性可以进一步定位重点客户,客户信用指标可以尽量减少银行来自于客户方面的风险。
【Abstract】 CRM appraising system in bank appraises customers from four aspects,namely,customer contribution,customer potential,customer stability and customer credit.Customer contribution index is the important basis for customer subsection.Customer potential index is the important basis for digging potential customers.Customer stability index can confirm the important customers further.Customer credit index can avoid the risk of bank from customers to a large extent.
