【摘要】 分析了中国实施(合格的外国机构投资者)制度的利弊:增加市场资金供给,改善证券市场投资者结构,引入新的投资理念,从而逐步与国际接轨;但也会引起游资冲击风险,容易导致外汇管制失衡,国家监管受到挑战。因此对投资者的性质、资金规模、资金流动性要加以适当限制,还要加强自身监管,现在关键是要建立中外合资证券基金,实现过度。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the advantages & disadvantages of carrying out QFII in China.On one hand,it can add the capital supply,improve the structure of security investors in China,introduce new investing ideas,then connect with the international market gradually.On the other hand,it can also result in the risk of the moving capital,the imbalance of exchange and challenge in regulation.Some strategies are put forward.First give proper limitation to the nature of the foreign institution investors the quality of capital and the liquidity.Second,strengthen its own regulation.Third try to form joint security funds to realize the transition.更多还原
