【摘要】 论述了辽宁省山地资源的自然状况,指出其存在的主要问题:森林植被受破坏,水土流失严重;山地开发观念落后、资金短缺;待开发山地林业用地多、造林保存率低;山地景观资源急待合理开发。最后提出了保护与开发的可持续发展对策,包括:开发利用应遵循的原则以及对辽宁省东、西部地区山地资源可持续发展的具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 By discussing the natural condition of mountain resources in Liaoning province and analysing the situation of exploitation & utilization of mountain resources in this area,the major problems are pointed out:the forest land resources are destroyed,water and soil loss increased,the idea of exploitation & utilization of mountain resources is out of date,the money is lacked,the forest land of planting woods is extensive,woods living rate is low,many mountain scenery resources is not utilized.And thd article put forward the countermeasures for conservation and exploitation & utilization in achieving a sustainable development in the east and west mountain aresa in Liaoning province.更多还原
