【摘要】 制约内蒙古发展的因素有:农牧业生产的条件差、工业基础薄弱、劳动力整体素质不高、交通运输不便、资金紧缺等。针对这些制约因素,指出内蒙古的发展思路是:走效益农业、牧业、林业的路子,发展农牧林业;在工业方面,突出优势产业,注重资源开发;重点抓好能源、交通、通讯和原材料等基础工业,抓好生态建设,大力发展乡镇企业和第三产业,加快发展科技教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 The factors that restricted development of the Inner Mongolia are:the poor condition of the farming and animal husbandry produce,weak industrial foundation, low workforce’s whole quality,inconvenient communications and transportation,and short supply of funds etc.To these rsetricting factors,the way which the Inner Mongolia can go is:profitable agriculture,benefit animal husbandry,benefit forestry,developping agriculture and animal husbandry forestry;in the industrial aspect,stress the advantage industry,pay attention to the development of resources;do a good job of basic industries,such as energy,traffic,communication and rawmaterials,etc.Especially,do a good job of ecological construction,develop the township enterprise and the tertiary industry energetically,accelerate the development of the education of science and technology.更多还原
