【摘要】 目的 :探讨枕骨大孔区腹侧肿瘤的合理手术入路 ,进一步提高其手术治疗效果。方法 :对 3例枕骨大孔区腹侧肿瘤在显微条件下行手术治疗 ,其中 2例采用枕下远外侧入路 ,1例采用枕下中线入路 ,结合解剖及文献复习 ,介绍手术入路的选择、手术方法、手术结果及并发症。结果 :3例肿瘤均行全切 ,无手术死亡。结论 :枕下远外侧入路是枕骨大孔区腹侧肿瘤的最佳手术入路更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop rational surgical approach and to further improve the surgical outcomes to foramen magnum tumors.Methods:All the cases of foramen magnum tumors were operated under microsurgical conditions,far lateral suboccipital approach were adopted in two cases and median suboccipital approach in one case,in accordance with the study of literature and anatomy,introducting the choice of surgical approach,method,result and complication of operation.Results:Total tumor removal was accomplished in three cases,no one died.Conclusion:far lateral approach is preferable for treating tumors in ventral magnum foraman area.更多还原
