【摘要】 目的 :介绍三件套可膨胀型支撑体植入术治疗阴茎勃起功能障碍 (ED)的方法和经验。　方法 :4 8例ED病人采用AMS70 0CX CXM和MENTORALPHAⅠ三件套可膨胀型支撑体植入术治疗。　结果 :全组病人均无排异反应 ,无假体故障 ,无尿道损伤 ,无阴茎皮肤坏死 ,术后性生活满意。仅 1例术中损伤白膜 (2 .0 8% )终止手术。 2例术后感染 (4 .17% ) ,10例包皮水肿 (2 0 .8% ) ,8例阴茎疼痛 (16 .6 7% )。有效率达 (97.9% ) ,满意率几乎达 10 0 %。　结论 :三件套可膨胀型支撑体植入术更接近人体生理 ,自然 ,隐蔽性好 ,使用方便 ,手术创伤小 ,成功率高 ,病人满意率高。对各种原因引起的ED切实可行 ,尤其适用于各种难治性、药物治疗无效的病人更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To introduce the method and experience of three piece inflatable penile prosthesis for treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods: Both AMS700CX/CXM and MENTOR ALPHAⅠthree piece inflatable prosthesis were used for 48 cases of ED. Results: There were no rejection, mechanical problems, urethral injury and penile skin necrosis after surgery. All patients had satisfaction of sexual life. Only one case had trauma of tunica albuginea ( 2.08 %) and the implantation had to be cancelled. There were 2 cases of post operative infection ( 4.17 %),10 cases of prepuce edema( 20.8 %), 8 cases of penile pain( 16.67 %). The effective rate was 97.9 % and satisfaction rate was almost 100%. Conclusions: Three piece inflatable penile prosthesis was more compatible to human physiology. It is natural, easy to hide and use, and it caused little trauma in surgery with high rate of successful implantation and patient satisfaction. It was indicated for all kinds of ED, especially suitable for refractory and drug incurable ED patients.更多还原
