新型低温相K4InTi4O11.5·5.7H2O的水热合成和质子导电性

【摘要】 报道了新型低温相K4InTi4O11.5·5.7H2O的水热合成及质子导电性的初步结果.本工作条件下,产物的最佳合成条件为:In:Ti=1,KOH:Ti=0.8,晶化温度和晶化时间分别为250℃和8~10h.复阻抗法测试电导率的结果表明,产物电导率随温度升高呈线性增长,在干燥和潮湿空气中的活化能分别为0.86eV和0.42eV.

【Abstract】 In this paper, hydrothermal synthesis and proton conductivity of a novel low-temperature phase K4InTi4O11.5·5. 7H2O was described. The effect of hydrothermal conditions on the synthesis was investigated. The results indicated that the optimum In/Ti, KOH/Ti, operating temperature and time are 1,0. 8,250℃ and 8-0,respectively. Proton conductivity was measured by an impedance technique in dry air and moist air, respectively. The conductivities in both conditions increase linearly with increasing temperature, and the activation energies in dry air and moist air are ca. 0. 86 and 0. 42 eV, respectively.
