二哌啶乙烷在原子转移自由基聚合中的应用
APPLICATION OF 1,2-DIPIPERIDINOETHANE IN ATOM TRANSFER RADICAL POLYMERIZATION
【摘要】 合成了 1 ,2 -二哌啶乙烷 ,并将其应用于苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的原子转移自由基本体聚合 .动力学性质测定表明 ,二哌啶乙烷作为两种单体的原子转移自由基聚合的配体的聚合反应基本符合“活性”/可控聚合的特征 ,且聚合反应可以在高纯氮气保护下的开放体系中直接进行 ,无须严格的低温冷冻——抽气除杂——解冻的繁复苛刻条件 .
【Abstract】 The new ligand 1,2-dipiperidinoethane (DPE) was designed and synthesized, and applied to atom transfer radical polymerization of styrene and methyl methacrylate monomers. The characterization of “living”/controlled polymerization of the system with DPE as ligand for styrene and methyl methacrylate monomers was proved by the kinetic investigation. The polymerization reaction can carry out under the protection of high-purity nitrogen without the strict conditions such as freeze-vacuum-thaw process as usual.
