光活化毒素α-T对棉铃虫和亚洲玉米螟离体水解酶系的影响

【摘要】 研究了典型光活化毒素α-T对棉铃虫和亚洲玉米螟羧酸酯酶 (Car E)、酸性磷酸酯酶 (AP)、碱性磷酸酯酶 (ALP)等水解酶离体活性的影响 .结果表明 ,高浓度 α-T可使棉铃虫 Car E、ALP和亚洲玉米螟 ALP活性降低 ,诱导棉铃虫 AP活性升高 ,但不影响亚洲玉米螟 Car E、AP活性 .光照下高浓度 α-T对两种昆虫 Car E、AP、ALP离体活性均有抑制作用 .

【Abstract】 The effects of α-terthienyl on three hydrolases, carboxylesterase(CarE), acid phosphatase (AP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in Helicoverpa armigera and Ostrinia furnacalis , were studied in vitro . The result indicated that high concentration of α-T could inhibit CarE, ALP activity in H. armigera and ALP activity in O.furnacalis , and increased AP activity in H.armigera and had no effect on CarE and AP in O.furnacali . Upon irradiation of ultraviolet light, α-T could inhibit all of three hydrolases tested in vitro in both two insxects. This suggested that α-T may be a potentially effective insecticide or synergist with organophosphorous pesticides and pyrethrins in dealing with resistant insects.
