【Abstract】 This paper reports the nutritional conditions affecting yeast’s ascospore formation. with the insufficient nitrogen source in the medium, the acetate may induce the ascospore formation, but the propanate, oxatate, citrate may not unless given some glucose. The peptone and excessive trace elements in the medium will inhibit the yeast’s ascospore formation.更多还原
