【摘要】 酒精废糟液的排放一直是制约酒精发酵工业发展的关键因素之一。酒糟的综合处理一方面解决了酒糟的环境污染问题 ;另一方面充分利用酒糟中的营养物质 ,提高了经济效益。介绍了几种主要的酒精废糟液处理方法 ,如DDGS或DDG、沼气发酵、饲料酵母培养以及回流技术等。回流技术的应用是解决酒糟污染最彻底的途径之一 ,具有广阔的发展前景更多还原
