【摘要】 目的　揭示青春期综合征中医证候分布规律 ;评价思春宁胶囊治疗该综合征常见证———肝郁脾虚、阴血不足证的临床疗效。方法　在进行较大样本抽样调查基础上 ,根据中医证诊断标准分析得出该综合征的证分布规律 ;运用随机、对照的方法对思春宁胶囊进行临床疗效总结。结果　单一证出现率 :脾虚证 >肝郁证 >肾阴虚证 >心火亢证 >肝阴虚证 >血虚证 >痰阻证 ;兼见证出现率 :肝郁脾虚证 >肾虚火亢证 >心脾两亏证 >脾虚痰阻证 >肝肾阴虚证。男生以肝肾阴虚、心火亢盛为主 ,女生以肝郁脾虚血亏更多见。思春宁胶囊组的治愈率为 4 3.33%、总有效率为 93.33% ,与对照组比较 ,有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　青春期综合征以肝郁脾虚、阴血不足证为多见 ;男、女生间的证候类型存在较大区别。思春宁胶囊对肝郁脾虚、阴血不足证有确切治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To reveal the distribution of the TCM syndromes of pubertal syndrome and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Sichunning Capsule in treating the common syndrome of pubertal syndrome, i.e. "depression of the liver and deficiency of the spleen and blood". METHOD Sampling survey were performed to work out the regularities of the distribution of the pubertal syndrome and random and control methods were used to summarize the therapeutic effect of Sichunning Capsule. RESULT Single syndrome occurrence rate: syndrome of spleen deficiency>syndrome of liver depression>syndrome of deficiency of kidney yin>syndrome of hyperactivity of heart fire>syndrome of deficiency of liver yin>syndrome of blood deficiency>syndrome of obstruction by phlegm; accompanying syndrome occurrence rate: syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency>syndrome of kidney deficiency and fire hyperactivity>syndrome of deficiency of both the heart and spleen>syndrome of spleen deficiency and obstruction by phlegm>syndrome of deficiency of yin in the liver and kidney. The syndrome of deficiency of yin in the liver and kidney and the syndrome of hyperactivity of heart fire occurred mostly in males while the syndromes of liver deficiency, spleen deficiency and blood deficiency occurred mostly in females. The cure rate of Sichunning Capsule was 43.33% and the total effective rate was 93.33%, with marked difference from the control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Pubertal syndrome is manifested mainly by liver depression, spleen deficiency and blood deficiency, with great differences between males and females in the types of syndromes. Sichunning Capsule has definite effect in the treatment of the syndromes of liver deficiency, spleen deficiency and blood deficiency.更多还原
