【摘要】 目的:探讨化疗药物氟尿嘧啶在人回盲肠癌裸鼠肿瘤治疗中的作用。方法:将人回盲肠癌细胞HCT-8接种到BALB/C雌性裸小鼠腹部皮下,按预期方案用氟尿嘧啶进行化疗。采用免疫组化SP法对瘤组织进行检测。结果:成功建立荷瘤小鼠模型。治疗后肿瘤体积无明显变化,而对照组肿瘤增长明显,且瘤组织中突变型P53蛋白的阳性率有明显下降。结论:化疗药物氟尿嘧啶对人回盲肠癌裸鼠肿瘤的治疗有一定效果,可为人肠道肿瘤的治疗提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the chemotherapeutic effect of Huorouracil(5-Fu)on ileocecal carcinoma of nude mice. Methods:Human ileocecal carcinoma cells (HCT-8)were inoculated into the abdomen subcutis of BALB/C-nu/nu femal nude mice.5-Fu were administrated into the nude mice according to chemotherapeutic scheme,and the immunohistochemical method was used to examine the chemotherapeutic effect. Results: Tumors bearing model of nude mice were successfully prepared. After treatment with 5-Fu,the size of tumor was not significantly alterative,but there was outstanding advance in the control, and the expression of mutant type of P53 was decreased obviously in the carcinoma.Conclusion: 5-Fu has some efficacy in treating ileocecal tumor in model of mice, and this provides some infonnation about chemotherapy in human intestinal cancer.更多还原
