【摘要】 滴灌毛管回收机是大面积推广、应用滴灌技术的关键机械装备,作者结合新疆棉花种植特点,研制了8SG-4型农田滴灌毛管回收机。介绍了该机的设计思路与技术难点,整机结构及主要技术参数,工作原理、使用及调整方法。本机的主要创新点为采用相应的机构解决了绕管速度与拖拉机前进速度的同步问题、结构简单的排管机构保证毛管在卷筒上排列紧而整齐。主要技术参数为:工作幅宽3.6m;配套动力>40KW;作业速度3.5～4km/h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drip tube recoverer is the key equipment for wide popularization and application of drip irrigation technique. Based on the planting technology of cotton in Xinjiang, we developed 8SG-4type field drip irrigation technique. Based on the planting technology of cotton in Xinjiang, we developed 8SG-4type field drip irrigation drip tube recoverer.This paper introduced the design ways, technical difficulty, the whole structure, main technic al factors, working principle, using and adjusting methods.The innovation of this recoverer is that it resolves the problem the velocity of the drip tube coilling is different with the speed the drip tube tighly in good order on drum.
