非气吸式割前摘脱装置的研究
Studies on the Stripping Unit with Non-air Suction
【摘要】 针对非气吸式割前摘脱装置在收获作物时存在的一些问题,研制了一种用横流风机替代原装置中网格式出风口的新型割前摘脱装置,改善了装置内流场,减少了摘脱装置的落粒损失。给出了总体配置方案,并进行了试验研究。
【Abstract】 A new type of the stripping unit with reticular exit for wind by substituting cross flow fan for the precious unit .because of the exiting problems of the stripping unit with non-air suction in harvest .The program of the gross arrange is designed ,and do some experimental test .It is finding that the unit can adjust airflow in order to improve .interior flow field and to decrease the grain losses by controling ratatinal speed of cross flow fan .
