【Abstract】 The rice is the main crop in northeastern region. The yield of rice is continuously increasing during nearly years. After joined WTO, the yield and selling are all influenced. It is an important subject for rice producing in northeastern region that how to keep the front of northeastern rice, occupy the market place share, decrease the cost and increase the farmers income.
