【摘要】 目的 :寻找一种较好的脱细胞真皮基质制备方法。方法 :利用自制的装置 ,先将猪皮经负压处理 ,去除起泡后的表皮 ,然后利用离子型去污剂的渗透压梯度作用去除真皮内的细胞成分。结果 :本方法制备的脱细胞真皮基质的胶原直径及排列结构均正常 ,无任何细胞成分。临床应用 18例复合皮均存活良好。结论 :本方法不失为一种简单方便且对真皮基质性状影响较小的脱细胞真皮基质制备方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find a better method of acellular dermal matrix preparation.Methods The pig skin was treated with negative pressure by a self-made device to remove the blistered epidermis,then dermal cells were removed by ion detergent with osmotic pressure gradient effects.Results The acellular dermal matrix with normal colloid diameter and structure was made in this way,no cells in it.The 18 cases of composite skin transplantation have survived in clinical practice.Conclusion This method of acellular dermal matrix preparation is regarded as simple and convenient,in which there is less change in the character of dermal matrix.更多还原
