【Abstract】 Hepatocelluar carcinoma(HCC)is one of the common malignant tumors,and ranks the third in the death rate of all cancers in China.Gene x of hepatitis B virus(HBV) has broad functions,whose integration is closely related to the development of HCC.This paper makes a summary on the structure and main function of HBV gene x ,its expression in HCC,the influence on p 53 and DNA repair protein, and its function as a transactivator to original cancer genes,as well as its direct inducement of HCC as a cancer gene.更多还原
