新型工业化与江苏乡镇企业产业结构调整

【摘要】 江苏乡镇企业是江苏经济发展的重要支柱 ,其产值在江苏总产值中占有很大的比重。在改革开放进一步深入 ,我国加入WTO的新形势下 ,江苏乡镇企业发展之初形成的偏重工业的产业结构越来越成为其进一步发展的主要障碍。近年来 ,江苏乡镇企业的产业结构一直在向好的方向调整 ,但由于缺少产业结构调整理论支持 ,发展得非常缓慢 ,也走了不少的弯路。本文将在深入分析江苏乡镇企业产业结构问题的基础上 ,运用新型工业化道路理论对江苏乡镇企业的产业结构提出有现实指导意义的调整思路 ,即优化调整第二产业 ,大力发展第三产业 ,积极带动第一产业 ,并推进农业产业化 ,形成以高新技术产业为先导、基础产业和制造业为支撑、服务业全面发展的产业格局更多还原

【Abstract】 JiangSu village enterprise is the most important part of the development of JiangSu economy. When our country enters the WTO, the industrial structure which laies emphasis on industry becomes the chief obstacle of the economic development. Though the industrial structure of JiangSu village enterprise is adjusting nowadays, because of the lack of industrial structure adjustment theory, it develops very slowly. The papers will analyse the problems of JiangSu village enterprise industrial structure, apply new industrialization theory, and give useful adjustment ideas. That is adjust industry, develop service, advance farming, push on the farming industrialization, form a new industrial structure on the basis of the traditional industry and the manufacturing industry, on the vanguard of the high-new technique industry, and the all-sides development of the service.更多还原
