南京加快发展知识型服务业对策研究

【摘要】 知识型服务业是服务业的重要组成部分 ,当前知识型服务业一方面在整个服务业中的比重上升 ,对经济增长作用明显增强。另一方面知识型服务业自身还呈现高增加值、生产性服务加快以及与高新技术产业融合加速等特征。近年来南京知识型服务业发展取得不少成就 ,但与南京所具有的发展潜力和优势相比 ,还存在一定的差距。当前南京知识型服务业的发展应有新思路 ,而具体对策应包括 :进一步创造适合知识型服务业发展的投资环境、积极改善知识型服务业内部结构、努力提高知识型服务业知识含量、打破地区与行业传统界限 ,强化知识型服务规模经济效应等更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge-intensive services (KIS) take a highly important role in services. Presently, in addition to the increasing proportion in whole services and heightening contribution to national economics, KIS take on some new features, such as high value-added, laying more stress on production services and stepped-up merging into High & New Technology Industry. The development of KIS in Nanjing has got many achievements, but seems still lagged comparing with Nanjin’s potential and advantages. Today Nanjing should take a new route to develop KIS.The paper puts forward several suggestions. For example, the government should establish such an investing atmosphere that is beneficial to the development of KIS, improve the structure of KIS and increase the knowledge proportion, take part in the competition with its comparative advantages, and break the limits among areas and industries to enhance the effect of scale economy of KIS.更多还原
