【Abstract】 The reality of China today and the future situation in the twenty years to come have led to the reflection on the implementation of "Three Directions to Face" in our education; it can be implemented only when we have clearly realized the decisive function of science and education in promoting China’s social and economic booming, grasped the scientific essence of Marxist theory about the social productive force, i. e. , science and technology and laborers are the principal factors in developing the productive force, and made a precise understanding and a full mastery of historic materialism about the properties, position and importance of education in social life, i. e. , the twofold property of education being both the superstructure and the productive force.更多还原
