【摘要】 江泽民人口思想是在新的历史时期把马克思主义人口理论的基本原理与当代中国实际相结合的产物 ,是在解决中国人口问题的实践中 ,运用马克思主义方法论逐步形成发展起来的人口思想。其中 ,对“两种生产”原理的新阐释、对人口问题从本质上讲是发展问题以及人口问题是制约可持续发展首要问题的论述是江泽民对马克思主义人口理论的宝贵贡献 ;社会主义市场经济体制下控制人口增长属于政府宏观调控职能 ,提高人口素质是贯穿于社会主义初级阶段的重要任务的论述 ,以及具有中国特色综合治理人口问题道路的阐述 ,为今后我国人口与计划生育工作指明了方向。江泽民富有创见性的新思想、新观点、新论断 ,是对马克思主义人口理论的继承、丰富和创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Jiang Zemin’s Population Thought is a combination of Marxist Population Theory and China’s practice, arising from the implementation of Marxist Methodology in solving China’s population problems, and vice versa making valuable contributions to Marxist Population Theory. It gives new explanation to the philosophy of "Two Productions", puts forward that population problem is essentially development problem and the primary problem restricts sustainable development.
