关于深入开展计划生育社会保障工作的探讨

【摘要】 计划生育社会保障工作体现了人口与计划生育工作改革、发展的方向 ,是重要的民心工程。针对常熟市推进该项工作中面临的缺乏配套政策支持、财政投入不足、计划生育社会保险回报不高等问题 ,提出了制定相关政策措施、建立独生子女户最低生活保障制度、改变计划生育社会保险形式等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social assurance for family planning, a great important project for people’s benefit, represents the direction of reform and development of population and family planning work. With respect to a number of problems of this field in Changshu, this article puts forward suggestions to enact relevant policies and regulations, establish the assurance system for one-child families, and change the forms of social insurance for birth control.更多还原
