【Abstract】 To base Editor on Scholarship has become a common understanding. However, from the author’s point of view, it is not helpful for the society to give accurate, objective and scientific evaluations to editors’ work. To enable the editing and publishing industry to grow favorably, it is a must for us to reconsider such idea, which in turn depends on the establishment of the evaluation system focusing on editors’ “performances” and the enactment of relevant policies.更多还原
