【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to reconcile ecological and social concerns with economic imperatives. The productive farm "Tuqiao town " with 800 hectares land is certified as non - pollution, and high quality rice cultivating base selected from Jiangsu Province, and has cultivated and delivered 7, 200 tons high quality rice which has got the permission to use green food mark by Shanghai Food Quality Testing and Supervising Center of China Department of Agriculture after strict examination in 2002.
