【摘要】 根据水稻种子及其贮藏蛋白特性 ,结合普通实验室条件 ,对分离水稻种子全蛋白及其各蛋白组分的方法进行改进 ,建立了筛选水稻种子贮藏蛋白突变体的新方法。讨论了抽提水稻种子全蛋白时试剂加入的最佳方式以及各蛋白组分分级分离时的最佳条件。新方法简便易行 ,快速高效 ,重复性好。将该法用于种子资源库筛选 ,得到了较满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method was developed to screen rice mutants of storage proteins by improving the old one for isolating total proteins in seeds,based on the characteristic of seeds and storage proteins in rice and condition in general laboratories.The optimal experimental conditions for isolating storage proteins in rice were surveyed.In comparision with the old method,the new one is more simple,efficient and repeatable.Certain ideal results were obtained by analyzing the total proteins in rice resources seeds through the application of this method.更多还原
