【摘要】 纯化团头鲂抗病毒半乳糖凝集素样蛋白并自制其兔抗血清 ,在此基础上建立间接ELISA ,测定团头鲂血清中的半乳糖凝集素样蛋白的含量。结果表明 ,血清中的平均含量为 0 79mg·mL-1;团头鲂血清及纯化的团头鲂半乳糖凝集素样蛋白抗草鱼出血病病毒效价分别为 5 12和 12 8,二者中和指数分别为 4 5 7和 177。所建立的方法与经典的中和试验有较好的平行关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Indirect ELISA was developed for quantification and detecting anti viral activity of anti viral galectin like protein from the serum of Wuchang fish with rabbit anti serum against galectin like protein.The average concentration of anti viral galectin like protein from the sera of Wuchang fish measured by indirect ELISA was 0 79 mg·mL -1 .The anti viral titer of Wuchang fish serum and purified galectin like protein determined by the indirect ELISA were 512 and 128,which were parallel with the neutralization index(457 and 177)by the virus neutralization assay.更多还原
