黄体素和β-胡萝卜素在肉鸡消化道吸收和代谢过程中的相互影响
Interaction between lutein and β-carotene during absorption and metabolism by AA broiler intestine
【摘要】 利用瘘管技术研究黄体素 (lutein)和 β 胡萝卜素 (βc)在肉鸡消化道吸收、代谢过程中的相互影响。实验分为两大组 :Ⅰ组为研究 βc对肉鸡肠道吸收、代谢lutein的影响 ,lutein与 βc的质量比分别为 4 0 0∶0 (对照组 )、4 0 0∶2 0 0、4 0 0∶4 0 0 ;Ⅱ组为研究lutein对肉鸡肠道吸收、代谢 βc的影响 ,lutein与 βc的质量比分别为 0∶4 0 0 (对照组 )、 2 0 0∶4 0 0、 4 0 0∶4 0 0。结果发现在肠道吸收过程中lutein和 βc没有相互影响 ;lutein在黏膜细胞中的滞留量随灌注液中 βc含量的增加而提高 ,并在 βc添加量为 4 0 0 μg时达到显著水平 (P <0 0 5 ) ;添加lutein后 ,黏膜细胞中 βc的含量极显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,维生素A的水平极显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;βc的添加使血浆中lutein的水平极显著降低 (P <0 0 1) ;同样血浆中 βc和维生素A的含量因lutein的添加而极显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。
【Abstract】 Interaction between lutein and β carotene during absorption and metabolism was investigated.In Exp Ⅰ,lutein had a constant content of 400 μg,but βc content varied from 0,200 to 400 μg; and in Exp Ⅱ,βc had a constant content of 400 μg,but lutein content varied from 0,200 to 400 μg.Results showed,during intestinal absorption,lutein and βc didn′t interact with each other.With supplement of βc,lutein content in mucosa increased markedly,and plasma lutein level decreased most significantly.Addition of lutein enhanced βc content in mucosa most significantly; however,plasma βc and Vit A level and mucosa Vit A content decreased most notably
