不饱和聚酯树脂/CaCO3体系固化动力学非等温DSC研究

【摘要】 采用示差扫描量热(DSC)法对不饱和聚酯树脂(UP树脂)/CaCO3复合体系的固化过程进行研究,得出不同升温速率下UP树脂/CaCO3复合体系固化过程中的DSC曲线,并由动态DSC曲线求出固化反应的活化能、固化反应级数及动力学方程中的指前因子等参数,建立了复合体系固化反应动力学的数学模型。

【Abstract】 The curing reactions of UP/CaCO3 composite is studied by DSC at different temperature raising rates.The apparent activation energy,reaction orders and the preexponential factor for the kinetic equation of the reaction are calculated based on the results of the dynamic DSC curves,and finally the kinetic equation of the curing reaction of the CaCO3/UP resin composite is established.The results show that the DSC curves of UP/CaCO3 composite will give an single peak respectively,but the temperature of the peak gets,higher when the heating rate of the composite is raised.And the reaction order of the composite will also vary with the heating rate,the greater the rate is,the smaller the reaction order is.In addition,the mathematic model can be applied to stand for the curing reaction of UP/CaCO3 composite approximately under the experimental situations.
