253.7nm光辐照乙醇溶液荧光光谱分析
Analysis of the Fluorescent Spectra of Alcohol Solution with 253.7 nm Irradiation
【摘要】 研究紫外光诱导不同浓度乙醇溶液的紫外光谱和荧光光谱,并对其产生机理和谱线特性进行探讨。实验结果和理论分析表明,当用紫外光照射乙醇溶液时,乙醇分子对253.7 nm的紫外光产生吸收,并在400 nm附近辐射出荧光;紫外光诱导不同浓度的乙醇溶液的荧光光谱特征几乎相同,只是荧光强度有较大变化。研究结果将为乙醇作为有机溶剂、催化剂、猝灭剂时对其它大分子产生荧光光谱及其特性的研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 The ultraviolet absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of alcohol solution with 253. 7 nm ( Δλ(?)2≈4nm ) UV light irradiation are studied and their emitting mechanism and spectral characteristics are discussed. Experimental results and theoretical analysis indicate that the molecule of alcohol can absorb the exiting light and emit fluorescence around 400nm. The emitting-spectra characteristics of different concentration alcohol solutions are similar, but the relative intensity is distinct. Research results may give a reference to the emitting-spectra of other macromolecules when alcohol serving as organic solute, hydrolysis catalyst and quenching additive.
