【Abstract】 The surplus labour in the rural areas has become an important factor which restricts the increase of fanners’ income and affects the course of the agriculture modernization as well as the social stability. Therefore, it is also a serious problem in China’s economic development, which the CCP and the Chinese government have paid greater attention to and which has become the focus in discussions of the theoretical field. However, no miraculous cure has been found to this problem. Studying from the angle of considering both the problem of farmers and the problem of cities, both the problem of getting employment and the problem of benefit and development, pluralization, systemalization and network can be used to effectively realize the transformation of the surplus labour in the rural areas.更多还原
