参数化人体模型系统的实现
Digital Human Model Study for Industry Design
【摘要】 传统的实物人体模型方法研究复杂人机系统,因成本高、周期长、模型定型后难修改、实物人体模型无法进入计算机而暴露出明显的局限性。本文以人体测量学理论、人体尺寸国家标准、中国人解剖学数值为依据,建立了人体尺寸数据库,实现了以C++Builder为编程开发环境的面向工业设计用的参数化人体模型生成系统。分析了STL文件格式,实现了该系统与UG、3DSMAX等三维造型软件的接口。给出了利用该系统生成的人体模型检测由UG制作的赛车驾驶室与人体尺寸是否协调的具体应用。
【Abstract】 The limitation of traditional method, which is used to study the complicated human-machine system with physical human model, is becoming obvious, because of traditional method’s high cost, long period, difficulty of human model change and the impossibility of human model coming into a computer. According to the theory of anthropometry, ergonomics, national standard of human body size,establishes and anatomy values of Chinese people, a database of human body size.An industrial design oriented parameterized system for generating human model is implemented using C++ Builder, and the human model can be imported to UG, 3DSMAX etc with STL file. An application to test the fitness of cab designed by UG is illustrated.
