钛白废酸中FeSO4对陶瓷膜渗透通量的影响
Influence of FeSO4 on permeate flux of ceramic membrane in microfiltration of titanium white waste acid
【摘要】 采用陶瓷膜处理钛白废酸,着重考察了FeSO4对陶瓷膜过滤通量的影响;比较了不同浓度的FeSO4、H2SO4等对膜渗透通量的影响,FeSO4浓度升高,膜通量降低;考察了不同温度下膜通量的变化趋势,认为温度低于20℃,膜孔内和表面出现了FeSO4结晶,导致膜污染加重,膜渗透通量极小,该现象可以通过提高体系操作温度并在合适的反冲条件下加以克服,获得560L (m2·h)的渗透通量。
【Abstract】 The effect of FeSO4 on the permeation flux of ceramic membrane in microfiltration of titanium white waste acid was investigated. The permeation flux declined with the concentration of FeSO4 increased in two systems, one of which was pure water and the other was acid water containing H2SO4 and TiO2.The high concentration of FeSO4 in waste acid complicats the effect of temperature on filtration process. When the temperature is decreased less than 293 K, crystallization of FeSO4 may occur in membrane pores, and it is very difficult to regenerate the membrane. The method given to get high permeate flux about 560()L/(m2·h) was keeping higher temperature than 40()℃ with proper back-flushing.
