铜的单元及复合污染中水稻对Cu吸收累积规律的研究

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,研究了吉林省稻砂土中水稻对Cu的单元及复合污染时的吸收累积规律。结果表明,复合污染较单元污染水稻各器官对Cu的吸收有明显的差异:单元污染下根、茎、糙米分配比为16∶2.8∶1,而复合污染下则为:24∶1∶1。表明在其他金属的作用下Cu不易向水稻的地上部转移。通过统计分析看出Pb能促进水稻根和茎对Cu的吸收,降低糙米对Cu的吸收;As能促进水稻根对Cu的吸收,降低茎和糙米对Cu的吸收;Ni能降低水稻茎对Cu的吸收,促进根和糙米对Cu的吸收。在向可食部位转移过程中Cu和Ni是协同作用,Pb与Cu之间、As与Cu之间是拮抗作用。

【Abstract】 A pot experiment was conducted to study accumulation Cu as either single or complex pollutants in rice grown in a sandy loam soil. The results showed that Cu concentration ratios were 16∶2.8∶1 and 24∶1∶1 in rice′s roots, stem and grain under single and complex pollutants, respectively. It was showed that little Cu migrated to top of rice compared with the other elements. Statistically, the presence of Pb resulted in an increase of Cu in both rice′s root and stem, but a reduce of Cu in rice′s grain. So could increase Cu in rice′s root and reduce Cu in rice′s stem and grain. Ni increased Cu in rice′s root and grain and reduced Cu in rice′s stem. Both Cu and Ni exhibited a synergism, while Pb and Cu; As and Cu both exhibited antagonism.
