氯代苯类有机污染物对斑马鱼胚胎联合毒性效应的研究

【摘要】 采用斑马鱼胚胎发育技术,对氯代苯类化合物的毒性进行测定,结果表明,该类化合物对斑马鱼胚胎发育均有明显抑制作用,可以造成胚胎发育畸形甚至死亡,具有特定的最敏感毒理学终点;随着苯环上取代氯数目的增加,其毒性也相应增强;其联合毒性对不同的毒理学终点大多呈拮抗作用。同时,本研究也测定了该类化合物对斑马鱼胚胎抗氧化酶(CAT,SOD)活性的影响,结果表明,该类化合物对斑马鱼胚胎抗氧化酶体系影响不显著。

【Abstract】 In the present paper, we used embryo development technique of zebrafish, Brachydanio rerio, to evaluate embryotoxicity of chlorobenzenes. The results indicated that chlorobenzenes remarkably inhibited the development of zebrafish embryo and caused embryo abnormality and even death. The most sensitive toxicological endpoints to different compounds have been found. The toxicity of chlorobenzene increased with increasing number of chlorine in benzene- ring. The effect of the combined toxicity for chlorobenzenes is antagonism. At the same time, we determined the antioxidative enzyme activity of zebrafish embryo, such as CAT and SOD. The results indicated that the kind of compounds did not affect enzyme system of zebrafish embryo significantly.
