利用作物苗期毒性指标表征土壤Ni污染的研究

【摘要】 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了在褐土土壤中Ni胁迫条件下,利用小麦幼苗茎叶中Ni含量、生物减产量和POD活性突变点所对应的土壤含Ni量表征土壤Ni污染。结果表明,土壤中全Ni量与土壤有效态Ni和幼苗中Ni含量呈极显著正相关;幼苗含Ni量与叶绿素含量及幼苗POD活性变化呈显著负相关,而与Fe元素含量变化无相关性;土壤中有效态Ni含量与小麦幼苗生物量呈极显著负相关,同时幼苗叶绿素含量和POD活性均与小麦幼苗生物量呈极显著正相关。据以上3个毒性指标表征土壤Ni污染,其减产临界值为:土壤中有效态Ni的质量分数为5mg·kg-1(CaCl2提取);小麦茎叶中Ni的质量分数为25mg·kg-1;POD活性转折临界值为40mg·kg-1。

【Abstract】 Pot experiments were done to reveal possibility of using Ni contents in wheat seedlings, reduction of yields and POD abrupt changing point as parameters expressing the metal pollution in soil under brown soil. The results showed that Ni contents had remarkable positive relationship with effectual Ni contents in soil and Ni contents in the seedling; while Ni contents in the seedling had remarkable negative relationship with chlorophyll contents and the changes of POD activity of the seedling, but it had no relationship with the changes of Fe contents; the effectual Ni contents in the soil had remarkable negative relationship with biological yield of wheat seedling. At the same time, the chlorophyll contents and POD activity had remarkable positive relationship with biomass of wheat seedling. The Ni pollution of the soil was marked by three poisonous index mentioned above. It may be suggested that the critical value of the output reduction be: the contents of effectual Ni in the soil was 5 mg· kg- 1(extracted by CaCl2); the Ni contents in stem and leaf be 25 mg· kg- 1; and the POD active changing critical value be 40 mg· kg- 1.
