【Abstract】 This paper explains a kind of method to carry out a form automatic recognition system.This paper put s forward some new algorithms on problems in the form automatic recognition system,such as the fast algorithm to detect and rectify the slanting form image,a new solution to the problem of how to process useless horizontal strokes in character recogni-tion preprocessing.These algorithms improve the recognition accuracy and recognition efficien-cy to some extends.更多还原
