【Abstract】 Aimed at the actual state disrupting people by restaurant cooking fume,a device to purify kitchen oil and smoke is developed.The oil fume eliminator consists of longitudinal and transverse collecting plates based on the theory of electrodynamics collecting fields.Test result shows that the purifing efficiency is high,volume is small,the property is steedy,the maintain ing and operation is convenient without any secondary pollution problem emerging.更多还原
