【摘要】 目的了解低年级本科护生早期临床实践的教学效果,探索早期临床实践的教学方法。方法采用问卷调查法,从专业思想、学习动机和教学方法三个方面对我院83名一年级本科护生进行调查。结果早期临床实践,有91.57%的同学认为专业思想得到了巩固,98.79%的同学认为帮助她们建立了正确的护理理念,分别有97.59%和93.98%的学生认为早期临床实践激发了她们的学习动机、调动了她们的学习潜能,综合能力也有明显的增强。结论早期临床实践对低年级本科护生在专业思想、学习动机、综合能力等方面有积极的影响,但还需要加强教学方法的改革和临床教师的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the teaching effect of early clinical practice of nursing undergraduates in the first year and explore teaching methods of early clinical practice. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate 83 nursing freshmen in terms of specialty thinking, learning motive and teaching methods. Results In view of early clinical practice, 91.5% of the students thought their specialty thinking was consolidated, 98.79% thought they established correct nursing consciousness. 97.59% and 93.98% of them thought early clinical practice inspired their learning motives and stimulated their potential in learning and meanwhile their comprehensive ability was strengthened. Conclusion Early clinical practice poses active influence on specialty thinking, learning motive and comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduates in the first year. On the other hand, the reforms of teaching methods and training of clinical teachers need strengthening.更多还原
