【摘要】 总结55例痉挛性脑瘫行选择性脊神经后根切断术患者的护理经验,包括心理护理、术前准备、麻醉后护理、引流管护理、术后早期并发症的观察及护理、术后功能锻炼及出院随访。认为此手术的护理要点是:耐心地进行心理护理使患者积极配合手术;进行充分的术前准备以确保手术的成功;详细掌握手术并发症并在术后细心观察临床表现,以及时发现和处理,促进患者顺利康复;督促患者进行及时、合理的功能锻炼,以使其获得最理想的治疗效果;患者出院后对其进行随访,继续指导功能锻炼,以巩固疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 By summarizing the nursing experience of55patients with spastic cerebral palsy treated by selective posterior rhizotomy(SPR),the authored concluded the nursing consisted of mental care;preoperational preparation,post-anesthesia nursing,nursing of drains;observation of postoperative early complications,postoperative functional exercises and post-hospitalization fellow-up.They put forward the nursing essentials including patient mental care to gain active cooperation from patients;full preparation before operation to ensure the success of operation;comprehensive mastery of complications,postoperative careful observation,active handle of the complications to accelerate their rehabilitation;monitoring reasonable exercises of functions to achieve the ideal therapeutic effects,postoperative fellow-up to provide them with functional exercises to reinforce the therapeutic effects.更多还原
