【摘要】 目的探讨微量吸吮在早产儿早期喂养中的干预作用。方法将62例早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均实施部分静脉营养和胃管鼻饲喂养,观察组患儿在每次鼻饲奶之前加用微量奶液(2～5ml)吸吮,对照组不给予微量吸吮,观察两组患儿体质量增长和喂养耐受情况。结果观察组与对照组体质量增长与喂养不耐受发生率差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组体质量增长和喂养耐受性显著优于对照组。结论早产儿早期微量吸吮干预,可促进早产儿胃肠道的发育和功能成熟,降低喂养不耐受的发生率,促进体质量增长,缩短胃管留置时间,有助于从静脉营养过渡到全肠道营养,有利于胃管喂养过渡到经口喂养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the intervention of micro-suck in the early feeding of premature infants.Methods62premature infants were divided into two groups:the observational group and control group.All the infants were provided partly with intravenous feeding and nasal feeding through stomach tube.Besides,the infants in the observational group were fed with a tiny amount of milk(2～5ml)for sucking,but the controls were not.Then the constitutional growths and feeding endurance were compared between the groups.Res ults The constitutional growths and feeding endurance in the observational group were significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ion The intervention by early sucking of a tiny amount of milk is able to promote the intestinal development and maturity of premature infants and lower the feeding un-endurance occurrence rate so that it promotes the constitutional growth and shorten the time of tube indwelling.On the other hand,it is beneficial to transit from intravenous feeding to full intestinal feeding,from feeding via stomach tube to feeding via mouth.更多还原
