【摘要】 笔者报道对58例颈椎损伤清醒患者,在纤维支气管镜引导下作气管插管麻醉的护理配合。总结麻醉过程中的心理护理、术前护理、麻醉配合及监护。认为颈椎损伤患者的麻醉手术虽然有较高危险性,但只要有充分的护理配合是完全可以避免颈髓损伤的加重,降低危险,顺利通过手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors reported their nursing cooperation i n endotracheal intubation assisted with fiberbronchoscope in the treatment of58pa tients with cervical spinal injury.By summing up their experience in psychologic al nursing,preoperative nursing,cooperation and monitoring in anaesthesia,they b elieved that in spite of high risk,it is most likely to avoid the deterioration of cervical spinal injury and operative risks on condition of fully-prepared nur sing cooperation so that the patients can live with the operation.更多还原
