【摘要】 根据广东省卫生系统行风评议要求,供应室通过加强学习,转变观念,完善制度建设,加强质量管理,理顺关系及实行成本核算,使科室工作得到领导重视,提高了科室人员素质,规范了科室管理,减少了资源浪费,体现了“以病人为中心”的原则。作者认为实行行风评议,能有效促进供应室发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Meeting the needs of professional climate appraisal of public hygiene and health system in Guangdong Province,the medical staff in the supply room enhanced their study,altered views,perfected construction of systematic regulations,enhanced quality control and took measures to perform cost accounting.All of the measures and their endeavors gained high attention from upper-level leader,raised the quality of the staff,standardized office management and reduced wasting of resources and visualized the rule of patient-centered’service.The authors think professional climate appraisal can effective promote the growth of the supply room.更多还原
