防弹运钞车保险杠的设计与制造
Design and process of bumper of bulletproof banknote carrier
【摘要】 介绍防弹运钞车保险杠的设计及防弹保险杠加工工艺,选用GK901防弹钢板作防弹材料,采用正确的焊接工艺,结果表明:防弹保险杠设计合理,制造工艺可行,能满足防弹性能及外观要求.
【Abstract】 The design and manufacturing technology of the bulletproof bumper for banknote carrier are presented in this discussion. The GK901 bulletproof steel plate is chosen for making the bumper by employing a proper welding technology. It is shown that bulletproof bumpers so made can well meet the requirements for bulletproof performance and appearance.
